Membership Details
WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH A REVIVE MEMBERSHIP?
Your benefits depend on the membership you select. Tanning memberships include access to the tanning levels listed in your plan, while wellness memberships include the designated recovery or wellness service. All memberships include Revive Rewards and exclusive member savings.
DO REVIVE MEMBERSHIPS REQUIRE A CONTRACT?
Yes. Monthly EFT memberships require a 12-month agreement. Complete membership terms are reviewed and agreed to when you enroll.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL BEFORE MY 12-MONTH AGREEMENT ENDS?
A $99 early-cancellation fee applies when a membership is canceled before the initial 12-month agreement is complete. Please speak with our team if you experience an exceptional medical circumstance.
CAN I FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP?
Yes. Eligible memberships may be frozen for up to three months per year for $15 per month. Membership access and Revive Rewards benefits are paused while the membership is frozen.
HOW OFTEN CAN I USE MY MEMBERSHIP?
Tanning memberships include one tanning session per day. Individual wellness memberships include one session per day of the selected service. The All-Access Wellness Pass and Total Glow include up to two wellness services per day. Spray Tan Memberships include up to nine spray tans per month, with a maximum of one spray tan per day.
CAN SOMEONE ELSE USE MY MEMBERSHIP?
No. Monthly memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the enrolled member. Shareable session packages are available for guests who want to share services with friends or family.
CAN I USE MY MEMBERSHIP AT BOTH REVIVE LOCATIONS?
Tanning memberships may be used at both Revive locations, subject to equipment availability. Certain wellness services are location-specific: Full-Body Red Light Therapy and InHarmony Sound Therapy are available at West Valley, while HydroMassage, CryoLounge+ and LightStim Photofacials are available Downtown.
WHAT IS REVIVE REWARDS?
Revive Rewards is our membership loyalty program. Active members receive exclusive savings, monthly benefits and milestone rewards based on their membership level and length of membership. Rewards and benefits are paused while a membership is frozen.
CAN I COMBINE MY MEMBERSHIP WITH OTHER PROMOTIONS?
Membership discounts and promotional offers generally cannot be combined unless specifically stated. Ask our team before purchasing if you have questions about a current offer.
